This is already a blockbuster, but with little own identity. Synopsis: In 1988, the three Mojin(tomb raider), Hu Bayi, Wang Kaixuan, and Shirley Yang, retires and relocates to New York.
Strange flashbacks, far too many protagonists and antagonists as well as a lack of own identity cloud the events even with continuous duration.
Huge settings, lots of special effects and a lot of fun. I love watching Shu Qi, AngelaBaby and Cherry Ngan. Dafür überraschend düster und gewalttätig. Das ist schon ein Blockbuster, aber mit wenig Eigenständigkeit. Sowohl merkwürdige Flashbacks, viel zu viele Protagonisten und Antagonisten als auch wenig eigene Identität trüben das Geschehen jedoch auch mit fortlaufender Dauer. Riesige Settings, viele Spezialeffekte und eine Menge Spaß. Der Abenteuerfilm an sich fährt auch groß auf. Ich liebe es Shu Qi, AngelaBaby und Cherry Ngan zusehen.
